HOW TO CALCULATE PRICE

International shipping charges are generally determined by comparing two types of weight:

1. Actual Weight
The physical weight of the packed parcel, including its packaging.

2. Dimensional Weight (Volumetric Weight)
Calculated using the parcel’s outside dimensions:

Length × Width × Height ÷ 5,000

Dimensions are measured in centimetres, and the result is expressed in kilograms. The applicable measurement and rounding rules depend on the carrier and service selected.

3. Billable Weight
For eligible parcel services, the greater of the actual weight and dimensional weight is generally used to determine the billable weight.

UPS and DHL Express may apply service-specific requirements. The final shipping charge may also include applicable surcharges and other fees.

Tip: Measure and weigh your parcel accurately before requesting a shipping quote. The carrier may verify the measurements and weight before confirming the final charge.
